Creston, Ohio. An 8,125 SF community building for making and mentoring, designed to run on solar power with no concrete. We lead team selection and coordination for the Foundation.

About
I've spent more than 20 years in construction, on both sides of the table. I started as an engineer and went on to lead a design-build general contractor as its president, running sales, estimating, design, and delivery on industrial and commercial projects, with a focus on pre-engineered metal buildings.
That path covered assisted living facilities, mass earthwork, landfills, heavy highways, manufacturing and distribution, athletic facilities, airplane hangars, agricultural barns, and multi-story offices. It taught me how complicated construction can be, and how much better it goes when someone keeps the owner's goals at the center.
That's what Lammers C&D does. You work directly with me at every stage, with no hand-offs and no layers between you and the person running your project.
