Lammers Construction & Design was built out of 20+ years spent on both sides of the table — as a licensed engineer, and eventually as the leader of a design-build construction firm. Along that path, we've worked on everything from assisted living facilities to mass earthwork, landfills to heavy highways, manufacturing to distribution, athletic facilities to airplane hangars, agricultural barns to multi-story offices. That range showed us how complex construction can be — and we found real satisfaction in making the process simpler for the people working through it.

We're not strictly an architecture and design firm, we're not a general contractor, and we're not a construction manager — we live in the intersection of all three. That's what lets us build a customizable experience and act as your guide through the entire process: bringing real-world results, structure, insight, and the ability to unite teams around goals that benefit the whole project.

Because that guide role is backed by an actual engineering license, we can step in as Engineer of Record when a project calls for it — design, stamping, and construction oversight running through one accountable person instead of being handed off between separate firms.
